I do it’s just I say I’ll try something new next time and then I’ll make a new sim and just end up doing my favorite style of gameplay, but I’m going to make more of an effort over the next few months and try out some different challenges and building ideas. It makes me sound like I never play the Sims. This is another thing I’ll be adding to my list to test out in the future.

It would take some setting up, but with locking certain doors for other sims and using the SNB bank account mod (If you’ve never heard of it it’s a mod where sims can have their own bank account and allows them to have their pay deposited directly into their own account) This house should comfortably fit 6 Sims, and possibly 8 if you add.
In the meantime, though the next best option is to find a 40×30 lot and make these 3-row houses and have all your favorite sims move in under the one household. Starter homes are fantastic additions to add to The Sims 4 Gallery, as having a set template to build off of can set the imagination ablaze with a shower of new ideas. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and larger rooms so that your Sims arent all crammed in. I think it would be great if my favorite sims could live right next to each other and there was a way to easily visit each other without a loading screen (maybe they’ll bring a sort of open world in sims 5). I always wish EA Had enabled row houses in the Sims 4. I’m ultra slow when it comes to building, but once I’ve built it I’ll upload it to the gallery under my Id modsedit The Thing that I love the most though about this house is the pantry I can’t wait to use this awesome CC panty pack to give the pantry an amazing makeover. So here I’m going to make a simple square house as an example. So you can finally have sims stay over without they having to invade your private space upstairs, having said that you can guarantee if you haven’t locked doors upstairs your sims guest will choose to walk past the guest bedroom and bathroom and choose to use upstairs instead. Pillars I normally start by using the roomtool to create pillars symmetrically on the lot. You will get almost everything you may need for your house in one template. This layout takes away a lot of hard work and helps you get to your home quickly.
There are also various pre-built houses that you can get and stay in. There’s also a guest bedroom and bathroom, downstairs as well as a pool and basketball court for your sims to enjoy. A template will make the start of your house building process a lot easier. The ground floor has a huge open-plan living area with a dining room and kitchen that would be perfect for hosting dinner parties or big family gatherings. This floor plan is amazing and would be perfect for a large family or sims who love to entertain. I always find building a big house a bit scary to build, but when I came across this 50×40 4 bed, 5 bath house from rollos_floorplans I knew I had to give it a try!
